Questions and problems can be reported to support-uib@notur.no or the email-alias hpc-support@hpc.uib.no and they will be handled as soon as possible.

You can access trouble ticketing system via: NOTUR Trouble Ticket System. You will receive password to access it when you will send your first ticket to the support emails.

Working hours are approximately: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00.
