This is the main entry point to the support pages for the computational resources operated by Parallab.

User support. Questions and problems can be reported to hpc-support@hpc.uib.no or the email-alias support-uib@notur.no and they will be handled as soon as possible. Working hours are roughly Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00. An on-line support system with web interface is also available for submitting and monitoring the status of requests (includes archive of old support mail).
